Report an error

Email norman@cargo17.com with the page URL and a short description of the issue. If possible, include the correct information and a source we can check.

How reports are reviewed

1. We check the reported statement against our internal records and knowledge base.
2. If the statement is inaccurate, we correct the page and update its review or updated date.
3. If the statement is accurate but unclear, we may clarify wording without changing the facts.
4. Material corrections are recorded with the date the change was made.

Factual correction vs routine update

A factual correction changes a statement that was wrong; it always updates the page's date. A routine update (for example refreshing examples or wording) does not imply that earlier information was incorrect.

Outdated rates, transit times and regulatory guidance

Rates, transit times and regulatory requirements change. Where such content becomes outdated we revise or remove it, and where a figure is time-bound we state the period it refers to.
